The proximity sensor can detect objects in the immediate vicinity of the "sensitive side" of the sensor, without having to actually make physical contact. The absence of mechanical actuator mechanisms and physical contact between the sensor and the object makes these sensors extremely reliable.The sensor detects the position of the ON/OFF valve, sending the signal to the relevant valve status alarm system.The kit can be installed on ball valve sizes from 1/4" to 1"-1/2.
